Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of advahan.in and AdVahan accounts. Specific services are also governed by the Rental Agreement, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and, for advertisers, the campaign terms in your quote.

1. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, safety risks, unpaid dues or breach of these terms, recording the reason.

2. Prices and payments

Prices, deposits and taxes are shown before payment. A booking or campaign is confirmed only after our payment partner confirms successful payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirmation.

3. Advertising content

Advertisers are responsible for their creatives and must hold necessary rights and comply with applicable advertising codes and laws. We may reject, request changes to, or withdraw content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unsafe for display on roads.

4. Estimates

Calculators, savings comparisons and reach estimates are illustrative and are not guarantees of savings, earnings or audience.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal data, or interfere with devices or vehicles.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, subject to consumer forums' jurisdiction where applicable.
