Cancellation & Refund Policy

EV rentals

• Before payment: cancel free from your dashboard.
• After payment, before pickup: contact support; the rental amount is refunded less any cancellation charge shown on your plan.
• After pickup: early return is handled per your plan; unused days are refunded only where the plan states so.
• Deposit: refunded after the return inspection, less itemised deductions for damage, unpaid dues or fines, within the timeline stated on your plan.

Advertising campaigns

• Campaigns cancelled before approval are refunded in full.
• After approval and before the start date, refunds follow the cancellation terms in your quote.
• If we fail to deliver an approved campaign for reasons within our control, we offer make-good delivery or a pro-rata refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner. Bank processing times may apply after we initiate the refund. Every refund is recorded in your account history.
