What you need to rent an AdVahan EV
We ask only for what is needed to verify you and the rental you choose.
Eligibility
- • Aged 18 or above
- • Valid Indian driving licence for the vehicle class (two-wheeler)
- • Living or working in our operating area (Hyderabad at launch)
- • Accept the rental agreement and any deposit shown on your plan
- • Additional criteria, if any, are listed on each plan
Documents & details
- • Driving licence — front and back photos
- • Legal name, date of birth, city and operating area
- • Address — only where the rental requires it
- • Emergency contact — optional, used only for safety incidents
- • Bank details — only if you opt into a payout programme
We never ask you to upload your Aadhaar number or card. Where identity verification is required, we use an approved verification provider.
How your documents are protected
Files are stored in private, encrypted storage and are accessible only to you and authorised verification staff through short-lived links. Licence numbers are displayed masked. Documents are kept only as long as needed for the rental and legal requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
