Who can rent an AdVahan EV?+
Riders aged 18 or above with a valid driving licence for the vehicle class, who complete our verification (KYC) process. Additional criteria are shown on each plan.
What documents do I need?+
Your driving licence (both sides) and basic identity details. We only ask for what is needed for the rental you choose, and we never ask you to upload your Aadhaar number.
Is there a security deposit?+
Deposit amounts, if any, are shown on each plan before you book, along with the refund terms.
How do I pay?+
Payments are made online through our payment partner. A booking is only confirmed once our system receives confirmation from the payment provider.

What is the AdVahan Digital Box?+
An advertising display that may be installed on selected AdVahan EVs. Advertisers buy campaigns for approved areas and time slots.
Will I earn more with a Digital Box vehicle?+
Any rider compensation for Digital Box vehicles is governed by a published policy. We do not promise fixed earnings; details are shared before you opt in.

How is campaign delivery reported?+
We report measured data — device uptime, playback logs and GPS freshness. Any reach estimate is clearly labelled as an estimate with its method explained. We do not report viewer counts.
