How it works

Renting an AdVahan EV, step by step

A short, transparent process designed for delivery partners.

Start registration

    Register & verify

    Sign up with your mobile or email and complete a quick KYC with your driving licence.

  2. 02

    Choose EV & plan

    Pick an available scooter at a Hyderabad hub and a daily, weekly or monthly plan.

  3. 03

    Agree & pay

    Review the rental agreement and full charges, then pay securely online.

  4. 04

    Collect & ride

    Pick up your EV after a recorded handover inspection and start riding.

1. Create your account

Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email (mobile OTP is being enabled). Accept the privacy notice — we only collect what the rental needs.

2. Complete KYC

Enter your legal name, date of birth and city, and upload both sides of your driving licence. Our team reviews it; you'll see the status — Submitted, Under review, More info needed, Approved or Rejected (with the reason).

3. Choose a hub, plan and date

Select an open pickup hub, a published plan and your start date. The system reserves an available vehicle so nobody else can book it for the same dates.

4. Accept the agreement and pay

You'll see the full amount — rent, deposit and taxes — before paying. The booking is confirmed only when our payment provider confirms.

5. Pickup handover

At the hub, staff check your licence, record the vehicle's condition, battery level and odometer, and hand over the EV.

6. Ride, get support, return

Raise maintenance or breakdown requests from your dashboard. On return, a second inspection is recorded and your deposit is processed under the refund policy.
